Step by step: how custom earplugs are fitted at Alpine

#1. Choose your ideal custom earplugs
Select the otoplastics that suit the situation in which you will use them – whether it is for work, sleeping, motorcycling, or music.

#2. Add optional extras
Have you chosen your earplugs? In the pop-up window, you can easily select extra options, such as a cord or a cleaning kit.

#3. Complete your order in the webshop
Satisfied with your choice? Go to your shopping cart, add the discount code you received via email, and check out. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

#4. Make an appointment for the fitting
Within a few minutes, you will receive a second email with a link to schedule an appointment. You can visit our Alpine store in Utrecht or a nearby Hans Anders location.

#5. Have your earplugs fitted
During your appointment, we go through your order together. Then we measure your ear canals: a cotton piece is placed, and fitting paste is applied, which hardens after about 90 seconds.

#6. We get to work for you
After the fitting, you don’t have to do anything. We create your custom earplugs based on the impressions.

#7. Track your order with Track & Trace
After 2 to 3 weeks, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you know exactly when to expect your earplugs.

#8. Time to use them!
Your earplugs have arrived! Try them out and experience the difference. Do you have questions? Our customer service is ready to assist you.

Custom earplugs can be fitted at the Alpine headquarters in Utrecht or at a Hans Anders store in the Netherlands or Belgium. After ordering your custom earplugs, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a link to schedule a fitting appointment, either at the Alpine headquarters in Utrecht or at a Hans Anders store near you.
