Yes, we store all digital impressions of your ear canals in our system for up to two years. After this period, they are deleted, as the shape of the ear canals can change throughout your life, since they are made of cartilage.
If we still have your impressions, we can use them for a new order, saving you time and effort and eliminating the need for a new fitting. You will need to place a new order (to order a complete set, use this link. If you only want to order a single earplug, you can do so via this link). After placing your order, please contact us to provide your old order number and your new order number. Once the order is placed, you can report this to us via this contact form. This way, we can link your old impressions to your new order. If you are ordering a single earplug, be sure to specify whether it is the left or right earplug.
