Custom work earplugs
Why use custom earplugs for DIY and construction work?
Alpine WorkSafe custom earplugs protect against harmful noise during DIY or construction work, while allowing conversations with your colleague or work partner to remain audible. You can choose from 24, 25, or 29 dB filters, so you can adjust the sound reduction to your specific tasks. The soft material used to make these otoplastics provides excellent comfort, and the digital manufacturing process ensures a precise fit. Alpine custom work earplugs are available in six different colors, come standard with a carrying cord, and include a storage case.

Step 2: Schedule an appointment
Make an appointment to have your work otoplastics fitted (you will receive an email with instructions).

On the day of your appointment, go to the selected location. After reviewing your order, 3D impressions of your ear canals are made.

Alpine custom work earplugs are made specifically for you, ensuring a perfect fit for your ear canal. With custom work earplugs, you not only benefit from optimal comfort, but they also provide better protection against hearing damage than universal earplugs for DIY or construction work. An additional advantage is that you can choose the attenuation level of your work earplugs yourself.
Once you have placed an order through the Alpine webshop, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to schedule a fitting appointment for your earplugs. This can be done at the Alpine headquarters in Utrecht or at a Hans Anders store near you.
We cannot predict exactly how long your work otoplastics will last, but on average, they need to be replaced after 4 to 5 years.
After the fitting, you will receive a mailbox package with your new custom work earplugs within 2 to 3 weeks.
Alpine provides a 12-month material warranty and a 3-month fit warranty on all custom earplugs.
