  1. Select your desired custom earplugs and order them through the webshop. After placing your order, you can visit a fitting location.
  2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  3. Click the link in your order confirmation to schedule an appointment at Alpine’s headquarters in Utrecht, during one of our pop-ups, or at a Hans Anders store near you.
  4. Bring a printed copy of your order confirmation to your appointment.

If you work in a busy office or café, 22 dB attenuation is ideal to reduce distracting sounds without feeling completely isolated. If you work or study in a quieter environment and want to enhance focus even more, 24 dB attenuation is the best choice. Keep in mind that at the highest attenuation, some soft environmental sounds, such as colleagues' conversations, may be harder to hear.
