No, the Tune Custom-Made has a fixed Hi-Fi filter built into the V-shape, so it can't be swapped out — unlike, say, the MusicSafe or Xtreme Custom-Made. It's designed specifically for a balanced music experience, which means it isn't compatible with the Pro or Regular filters used in our other custom-made models.

Both give you the same Hi-Fi sound quality and the recognisable V-shape design — the difference is the fit. The regular Tune comes in 4 sizes (XS/S/M/L), while the Custom-Made version is moulded entirely to your own ear, for even more comfort through a long festival day or concert.

It can take a bit of getting used to at first. Hold the earplug between your thumb and index finger with the V-shape pointing down, and ease it gently into your ear. To take it out, hold the V-shape, pull lightly and twist at the same time — that should loosen it. If it doesn't come straight away, press gently just below your earlobe to release it a little first, then remove it as normal.
